Evaluate RPA opportunities

A successful implementation begins with finding processes in your company that could benefit from RPA. We will first conduct a high-level assessment of potential process automation candidates and document the resulting efficiencies and cost savings opportunities to confirm whether RPA is appropriate. Not every process in a company needs to be suitable for its implementation. This initial step determines which areas will benefit most from the transition to RPA. This savings base is the starting point for internal discussions to stimulate interest and gain approval. Most importantly, this phase includes reference demonstrations of our implementations, which serve as a proof of concept and a platform for knowledge gathering.

2

Capture process steps, pilot and implementation

This phase includes the activities necessary to prepare and implement the selected RPA solution. At this stage, we will ensure that your employees are trained, and an implementation plan is prepared. This phase also includes support and testing of the IT environment. In addition, implementation activities will need to be documented, monitored, and completed as planned.

3

RPA lifecycle management

Now is the time to run a successful RPA solution. Phase 3 involves the initial launch of RPA as well as planning the continued success of the RPA software through proactive maintenance. Our strategy includes the management, operational model, organizational structure, and change management plan of the deployed RPA solution.
